1.2. Do I need to activate the service?
No. The SpotsWiFi devices come pre-activated and configured, ready for use. It’s a true plug-and-play portable WiFi rental.
1.3. When does the SpotsWiFi service start?
The service begins on the delivery date you select when booking. This delivery date is considered day one of your plan.
1.4. What happens to my personal data?
All SpotsWiFi devices are reset to factory settings after use, ensuring that no personal data is stored or shared. Your privacy is our priority.
1.5. What are the charges for lost or stolen devices?

We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance to ensure your portable WiFi device is ready for you upon arrival.
3.2. Do you deliver to Madeira and the Azores?
Yes, we deliver to Madeira within 3 working days and to the Azores within 5 working days.
3.3. Do you deliver to Lisbon Airport?
Yes, we can deliver your WiFi hotspot directly to Lisbon Airport for your convenience.
3.4. Can I receive my SpotsWiFi at a hotel or Airbnb?
Yes, we deliver to hotels, Airbnbs, and other accommodations throughout Portugal. Make sure to provide the full address and inform your accommodation to expect the delivery of your mobile internet device.

4.1. What’s the easiest way to return the device?
Use the prepaid, self-addressed envelope provided. Simply drop it in any Portuguese post box (you can find locations at www.ctt.pt). It's a hassle-free return process for your WiFi rental.
4.2. Can I return the device at Lisbon Airport?
Yes, you can return your SpotsWiFi device at Lisbon Airport's post offices before passing through customs.
5. Payment, Managing & Cancellation
5.1. What payment methods do you accept?

5.2. Can I cancel my booking?
